The directions absolutely suck... All you want is for us to have an account and try to sell us more crappie. We have loved Ninja products but our son gave us a 7-1 ice cream maker for Christmas, and right on the front it says scan here to learn about your Creami, it does not give us anything other than more products to buy and videos of end products AFTER IT IS MADE.... THERE ARE NO VIDEOS ON DIRECTIONS..... EITHER PROVIDE PAPER DIRECTIONS OR REAL VIDEOS..... STOP WITH THE INFORMATION GRAB.... Guess what, I gave you a worthless junk email that I never check.....

Waste of money if you already own a blender
It's super loud sounds like a helicopter taking off. Super big and clunky. Overly complicated, I wanted to make a milk shake and filled half the basin. But you can't click half and choose milk shake you have to choose full .. dumb. Didn't breakup the mix ins. The recipe used too much milk to ice cream ratio and was basically flavored milk. This machine doesn't chill or freeze anything. It only blends stuff together. Waste of money. Will be returning

Love mine so we bought one for our daughter, who asked for one. Now if we can just get them to invite us over for ice cream.

Healthy Ice cream!!!
I bought this about a month ago and I’m glad I did the ice cream turned out a lot like a powdery consistency. I think it was just user error though because I soon realized if you let it melt a little bit, it works! Good purchase, do recommend!!!

Ice cream at home
This ice cream machine is so amazing you can make so many healthy alternatives to ice cream. You can add whatever you want. You can mix in any toppings that you like. This is a luxury at home. It’s like a little ice cream shop.

Makes delicious treats but takes practice
I love my ninja creami, I can make so many things. I'll be honest there is a big learning curve. However with some trial and error you'll figure it out. I use anything from canned fruit or fresh to make sorbet. I also love making breakfast oats. Prepping is easy and it comes with 4 pints.
