Great features, except...
Excellent in every respect except the leaky water valve. I use this machine primarily to make tea, with tea bags placed in the water jug. When the latter is removed, the hot water keeps dripping. On the other hand, when the water reservoir is filled to the max, the hot water won't fill the jug completely unless the jug is manually lifted to open the valve more. This really makes any use of this coffee maker inconvenient. I couldn't find any way to replace the valve.

Glass carafe broke after a month!!!!
DCM200C - Had this coffee machine for about a month and I absolutely love it. I’m so disappointed that the glass carafe cracked !!!!! I have spent the whole evening attempting to locate and order a new carafe on the website but I am having no luck! I really don’t want to junk this coffee machine!!!

Close to perfection - but pot has a design flaw
I love the sleek design of this coffee maker and how it doesn’t take up a ton of counter space. The removable water reservoir makes it convenient and easy to fill up. The brew is consistently good. The only place where it is missing the mark is the flawed coffee pot design -whenever I brew 10 cups or more the pot will drip when pouring a cup until the level gets down to below 10’cups. It’s odd and has been an issue with this lot for the 3 years I’ve owned it. Ninja replaced the pot for me and it didn’t resolve the problem so I believe it is a design flaw. I don’t often make a large pot so I deal with it.

Great for having people over it holds a larger cap
I love my ninja coffee posts I had had many different ninja pots but this one has been my favorite. I use it everyday and I love that it has a larger capacity. Me and my family are big coffee drinkers and I always recommend Ninja coffee makers

Love my Sharkninga coffee brewer
My favourite coffee brewer so far and I’ve had many. 14 cup is very useful in our household and it has a handy coffee measuring scoop and easy to fill water reservoir. No complaints as of yet and I’m sure it will continue to make great coffee.

Checks all the boxes of a simple yet durable coffe
This is my lazy girl morning workhorse. As someone who LOVES their coffee but doesn’t have time to make a latte every day , this is the perfect machine to pre- program your brew so it’s ready for you when you awaken . My favorite part is definitely the “rich brew” button because this girl likes her coffee strong . There’s no watered down La Croix coffee in this household. I purchased this machine June of 2024 and it’s still going strong and there is no burnt coffee taste that you sometimes will get after the machine has been in your possession for some time . For a coffee snob like me, you can’t go wrong with this simple coffee maker - would also make a great gift for your coffee lover in your life .
