Best blender
I got the Ninja Detect Duo for Christmas and I absolutely love it! Hands down the best blender out there. Makes the best smoothie every time.

3 months agoPitcher easily cracks
The pitcher developed a big crack which seems common in a lot of their plastic pitchers. The replacement pitcher is hard to come by and VERY expensive. Almost as much as a new blender. This happened about 18 months after purchase so no longer within the puny 1 year warranty. This will be the last ninja blender I buy being that there there is a major manufacturing defect in the pitchers and they dont stand behind the products to resolve the situation in a practical manner.

Defective pitcher
Works well but the pitcher suddenly cracked during use for no apparent reason. I was blending frozen fruit and protein powder and the pitcher busts a crack while I’m standing there looking right at it. It was so bizarre. I’ve had two other ninja blenders I wore out and I was enjoying this one. Three months of occasional weekend use and this happens!? I need a new pitcher! This one was obviously defective.

This thing is supposed to have twice the power of my old one and has a hard time even making a smoothie. I thought I was buying the most up-to-date one they had and it turns out that it’s already out of date the moment I got it. The blades and extra parts are already discontinued and out of stock. This is the last ninja I will ever buy. This is the second Ninja device. Where This has happened to me. The first one is on them. This one is on me, but it won’t happen a third time. So I have to say don’t buy any Ninja because you don’t know if you’re buying something that’s already discontinued.
