Very Pleased

I've not had a chance to use all the items that came with the blender. However, I can say it makes the smoothest smoothies I've ever had and that was just using the cup and blades. I'm very pleased with the purchase.

Caution

I absolutely love this set, but I was unaware that the plastic gasket on the food processor collects mold and needs to be removed and cleaned. I bought this back in November 2024 and only found this out today in August 2025. When I search for replacement gaskets so I can’t find any.! I attacked a lot of the replacement stuff is showing out of stock.

We're really sorry to hear about the mold issue with your food processor gasket, that’s definitely not something you expect to discover months after purchase. The gasket is designed to be removable for cleaning, but we understand this isn’t always obvious. We appreciate you bringing it to our attention, and we’ll make sure this kind of information is clearer going forward. If you’d like further assistance, please reach out to us at 1-800-365-0135.Our hours of operation are Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. ET, and Saturday from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. ET. Weak construction and awkward

Purchased 13 months ago to replace a Cuisinart food processor and Hamilton Beach blender, the Ninja has been a disappointment. It takes up a LOT of real estate whether on the counter or stored in a cabinet. There are a few other design and durability issues that are problematic. The lesser issue (besides its huge footprint with all the blades and two large bowls) is the suction cups on the bottom of the motor unit. These are intended to lend safety and stability when using the machine, but pulling the unit off of those literal suckers off is difficult and annoying. I've been waiting for at least one to pop off--design overkill. The second and biggest issue is durability and faulty design. The food processing bowl attaches to a spinning component with four very small screws, each one embedded in a bit of clear plastic. So the bowl is not well secured against the power of the motor and the four snapped off during use. The blender is not a food processor so I'm now w/o a food processor.

Blends perfectly

I’ve used this about 4-5 times now for smoothies and works great. If not for how loud it is I would rate 5 starts.

Ninja Rocks!!

Thought long and hard before I made the switch from and much more expensive blending kitchen system, since it was still working. I am so glad I finally hit the purchase button! It's an incredible machine. Very powerful and very "intelligent". I have managed to use all of it functions and accessories and have found it to perform on all levels. The suction cups, although necessary, can be difficult to dislodge. However, I discovered storing it on a placemat keeps it convenient and easy to move around. The main unit has a permanent place on my counter and I seem to be using it daily, especially during these summer months.

Replacement for my old Ninja Pro 7730!

This waas to replace my previous Ninja Pro system, which I have used almost daily for the last 10 years. This one is larger, faster, and a welcome addition to my kitchen. I love being able to slice, grate, chop, blend and make smoothies with the same machine. Here's hoping for another 10 years of constant use.

Disappointing

I've been a big Ninja fan for some time, but I recently bought the Ninja Kitchen System and so far I've been quite disappointed with it. My previous blender runs rings around it, for things like smoothies and blending soup. I actually bought it because of the grating blade, but I've even found that a disappointment. It doesn't grate. It turns stuff into pulp which it splashes all over the sides of the jug. It just doesn't do the job at all. I do like the wide bottomed jug, which makes for easy cleaning. But, apart from that, I haven't found much to like about it.
