Ordering was easy!!

I was very impressed with how easy it was ordering from Macys this past Christmas. My granddaughter wanted an expresso machine for her apartment in Wisconsin. I had it shipped right to her and she received it 4 days later. The website was easy and the whole process was organized and very efficient. I would not hesitate ordering from Macys again.

False and Misleading Advertising

The Ninja Luxe Essential Series carousel image advertised hot and COLD microfoam, but my unit does not have a cold foam option. Do not rely on the carousel image text to inform your purchase, as it is incorrect and misleading.

Sadly missing an obvious feature

Can't dispense water or make Americanos. But the models in Europe can! Why? Fix this!

Bought as a gift.

The recipient likes it, I personally don't drink coffee but its a fun coffee maker to use to make drinks for friends/family. Makes at home barista easy, no guesswork, no wondering if I'm doing something right or wrong, 3 buttons and bam you've got a drink. A negative I would say because I'm dumb, it has many fail safes to stop you from doing the wrong thing (not being able to grind without a basket in the portafilter, telling you to put the funnel on it) but sometimes just being dumb I've hit the brew button instead of the grind button, and it start like its on a brewing cycle without the portafilter installed, which imo should require atleast a portafilter installed to brew. 🤷🏼‍♀️

Good afternoon. Yesterday I received my order with this coffee machine. At first glance everything is fine, but I didn't notice that this model does not have a basket for making a single espresso. A double espresso is too strong for me. Could you please tell me if it is possible to use a Single Basket in this model? If so, is it possible to purchase it additionally?
