Broken from the start
If I could give this no starts I would. we’ve only used it 3 times and it’s got water coming out of the bottom and it just makes this god awful noise. And we can’t ever get through to customer care. It’s absolutely the worst purchase we’ve made in a long time

Luxury coffee at home
Absolutely obsessed! Took a few trial runs of course, but a great machine once you get it down. The tutorial video isn't very thorough with every setting so I had to do some googling.

Looks great, works terribly.
I wanted to so bad to give this 2 stars, but can't. We purchased this as a 2025 Christmas gift. The only thing this machine has going for it, is the look. It looks great, such a beautiful machine. However, the quality of drinks and use of machine is another thing. We calibrated it to the specs it recommends, we brew to the specs it suggested, it was nothing short of terrible. We used several high quality beans and still the brew and taste was awful. At times, it didnt even brew. We followed instructions, watched numerous videos, but still terrible. Such a disappointment. It really is too bad, because we wanted this machine to be just as good as the look.....it wasn't. Unfortunately, we had to return it.

Too many bells, not enough whistles
My husband bought this for us for Christmas because I’m a regular coffee drinker. He almost went with a cheaper one, but with the rave reviews he took a leap. We’ve had nothing but issues with this thing since we started using it. Inconsistent brewing strength, grind size changing during grind…. Whatever. But 60% of the time (and we’ve troubleshot EVERYTHHING) it brews about 10-30% of the amount. It’s an infuriating waste of money, coffee, and my last nerve. NOT. WORTH, IT.

Need hotter Lattes
My only complaint is I wish there was a way to make the latte hotter temperature. I can’t seem to get the frothing milk hot enough to get past luke warm.

I love the Ninja Luxe coffee machine. It is so easy to use and clean. Consistently great tasting coffee, with a lovely a crema at a perfect temperature. Great value for money.
