Misleading regarding store bought ice cream

Does not work with store bought ice cream despite it being in the user guide. Then got told that it's not made to use store bought ice cream and to use recommended bases that you need to freeze for 24 hours.

Too much work for the price

I didn’t realize I had to freeze the ice cream mix for 24 hours until it was frozen solid. We wait an extra day, big deal. The. There are 400 steps and parts that need to be clicked in place then removed, etc. and on first use it refused to push the ice cream into the dispenser . No matter what we did it wasn’t coming loose. Back to Macys it goes. There are plenty of ice cream machines in this price range that make it for you in 20 minutes

Poor quality

I’ve only had the machine since March and used it sparingly. The lid is breaking apart and leaving chunks of plastic in the ice cream.

The perfect 11th birthday present!

I bought this for my daughter’s 11th birthday. She loves ice cream but especially soft serve - this is the best of both at home!

A definite must buy.

My very first one the motor blew in one day. Ninja replaced it right away. I got my new one in and it is awesome especially if you like making soft serve ice cream a definite must buy.

Great product!
