I adore ninja products in my household me and my son are loving the new ninja creamy scoop and swirl. It fits perfectly in our kitchen. The size is great. We love how we can make so many different flavors and healthy ice cream. I cannot wait to get my next ninja product, it is my absolute favorite anybody and everybody should buy this, and the consistency of the ice cream is amazing super easy to store a little noisy but it’s worth how good the ice cream is.

Terrible
Absolutely terrible. First order - first use - error sign . Second order (replacement) first use - error sign. Called and they were offering me the creami 11-1 . No thank you

Really wanted to love it, but not for me.
Bought this last year...the idea of homemade ice cream is lovely HOWEVER...the machine is huge and bulky. If you have the space to leave it on a counter somewhere, it is excellent. Otherwise it is a very large machine to move in and out for a serving(or 4 servings) of ice cream. This has discouraged me to actually make the ice cream. Some ice creams have turned out very 'icy' for me as well and hence the blending part needs to be done a few times before it can be extruded from the dispenser...not sure if it is because of the recipes that i'm choosing. Still trying to work out what flavours work best.

The great ninja swirl by creami!
I think the ninja swirl is the best because you can make cream fit ice cream, frozen yogurt, milkshake, fruit, whip, sorbet, frozen custard and gelato. I also love it because you can do scoop or soft serve. I used it so much and I love it so much. I give it five stars. I really love it, and I’m giving these review as an 7 years old boy. 👦 I love the ninja swirl by creami❤️

Fun for the family
So far we are loving this! My husband is an ice cream freak! This just made his Father's Day a major win. It does take a minute to get used to the consistency of the blended mixture. Once we figured that out., it was a breeze.

My Souped Up Creami -Two Concers but Good Overall!
I was looking forward to the Swirl as a souped up Creami, and that is what I received. Having to freeze the ice cream mix for 24 hours is an issue but I think it allows for creativity and planning. Even still, if Ninja would make a machine that mixed the Creami and the Slushie, I would have to make sure I had it in my gadget collection even though I already have both. The other thing I was concerned with was how difficult it was to get the correct consistency for swirling.The first time my soft serve came out soupy. With some adjustments I was able to get a better texture, but not the one I needed. I think some of thet the issue was my recipe and not the Swirl itself, so I'm going to try again and update this review then. The Swirl itself is very study, which I have come to expect from Ninja... very well made, solid machine. It is easy to use and ergonomically made... controls were where they should be l Iogically. As I said, it worked like it was supposed to. All in all, a great machine as a souped up Creami. A little expensive, but it was on sale so I decided to actually purchase. I'm glad in did and look first to working with it more.
