STILL DID NOT RECEIVE THE PRODUCT

It was like pulling teeth to get this vendor to refund when delivered to the wrong address. I even reodered from him and I odered even more this time because my dog loves these toys. Today I received the email notice that my product had arrived and it is nowhere to be found. I am through. I’m turning this over to the Better Business Bureau. I will file the complaint for both Macy’s and this vendor.

Delievered to wrong address

The chew toys are the absolute best for my aggressive chewer. Unfortunately, the original order was delivered to an old address that has since been deleted but even so, it was NOT the primary address on file. And, I have contacted the seller and Macy's. I was almost through the process with Macy's when they told me to go to another webpage and I lost the chat. Many packages have been delivered to my new address for SIX months so no clue why this one went to the old address but I want a refund. I have no idea why the refund process for Macy's is so difficult with this one. It hasn't always been that way.

Sqeek away

Dogs just love the sound of them and there is no filler to come out. Great for tug of war for two dogs.
