Not like the picture

I was so disappointed when I received the actual item. It's nothing like it looks in the picture. It looks homemade, is not silky, is bulky and short. I couldn't believe what I had received. As soon as I took it out of the package, looked at it, I immediately returned it. I can't believe a company would actually think someone would keep this item.
