Wrong size

I’m extremely disappointed with my recent shopping experience at Macy’s. I ordered a dress in size M, but received a size S instead. When I went to the store to return it, I was told they couldn’t process the return because the item received didn’t match the order documentation. This is completely unfair — the mistake was not mine, yet I’m the one left with the wrong dress and no refund. The situation caused me a lot of stress, wasted time, and frustration. Macy’s failed to provide a clear solution or accountability. As a customer, I feel unprotected and misled. Very poor service and completely irresponsible seller behavior.

Runs small cute dress I loved the design was disappointed dress didn’t fit I’m 5 “2 170 lbs usually fit in medium to large order both sizes didn’t bother trying medium size large didn’t zip up.
