Dishes are delivered broken

Love the colors of these dishes but I am trying to get 16 place settings of these dishes but 3 of the 4 - place settings have had broken dishes in the boxes and I have had to return these dishes to Macy's. It is the same dishes in each box that have been broken. Thank goodness for the kind ladies at Macy's in Anderson Township (Ohio) that have tried to help me get an unbroken box of dishes. It looks like a packing issue or a UPS issue. My last box is supposed to be delivered by FedEX and hopefully they will get here unbroken! It has been so frustrating as a customer. But love these ladies at Macy's that have been so kind! They are a beautiful blue.

New Blue Dishes!

I have been looking for blue dishes for a few years, but was unable to find anything I liked. When I saw these, I knew I had to try them. The plates and bowls and nice and big. They hold a full dinner and soup serving. They are even better in person than in the pictures!
