They chip very easily.

I bought 2 sets for my kitchen for daily use. They are absolutely beautiful. Can be used in Microwave as well as dishwasher, however I recommend not to put them in dishwasher. Because mine chipped after putting them in dishwasher writhing first 1month. I would not recommend them for daily use unless you prefer handwashing them everyday. They might be good for special occasions.

Good product; horrible delivery system.

The product is nice but the delivery is horrible. Macy's short shipped one of the sets (ordered 4; got 3) and the delivery notice says "shipment complete". It took one personal visit to Macy's and 2 phone calls to CS to try and set this right. These were ordered 9 days ago and I still have no idea if and when the 4th set is coming.

Shipping mix up

Was ordering 2 sets and wanted to pay cash, so associate assisted me in getting a gift card so we could do that. ordered 2 sets to be shipped to the Main place store for pick up. As I was going to be away for ten days. 2 days later i receive a shipping update that the 2 sets of dishes are on their way to my home, not Main place store. Unable to do anything to stop the progress, the boxes were delivered and sat on my entryway for 5 days. I feel I was very lucky that they were still there when i arrived home. Happy with the product not happy with the shipping process.

Porcelain Everyday Dishes

Very tired of chipped everyday dishes, so sought durability. These were a bit more than I wanted to spend but I'm very pleased with their design and material. A little research prompted me to search for porcelain everyday dishes as they're touted as the most chip-free and durable. It's too early to truthfully comment on their durability, but they seem to be very strong. The design is simple/modern and sleek and blends well with my overall traditional home. I anticipate these are going to work out well. I recommend them.
