Not packed well

I purchased the set of dishes and everything was fine because everything was packed very well. The extra set of bowls I ordered had 3 broken out of 4. They were not packed with extra packing paper. I love these dishes and will be calling for replacements! Good quality dishes and the plum color is perfect!Noritake didn’t pack these well , and whoever shipped them needs to add extra packing paper for a cushion!
