Best Dishes Ever

I got a bunch of these dishes a year ago for my wedding and they are my favorite wedding present. They have held up really well. So far I can not see any silverware marks on them. I like that the plates stack nicely and do not take up much room. The only problem I have is the dots are not all exactly the same, some are a bit darker and fuzzy. This is defiantly done on purpose but it is slightly annoying. My parents had a set of Noritake dishes, not blue hammock that they used every day for 15-ish years and they look almost as good as new. After a year of daily use I expect the same from this set.

Bought for a Low-Vision User

I bought these plates for use by my low-vision husband. The stripes help him find where the food is on the plate, no matter whether the food is light-colored or dark. He had been using some custom-made black-striped Melamine plates, but they were deteriorating with age. I like that these plates are microwave safe; Melamine is not. I do wish they had a deeper rim, so that food would be less likely to slide off the edge. (And, for our purposes, evenly dark stripes would have been nice, but this is no worse than aging Melamine.)

Beautiful Coastal Look

These are the nicest plates I've ever had - and I've had a lot. Pure and simple, with a coastal feel. The feel and texture of these dishes is first rate and high quality. LOVE!
