Terrible quality

So I had been eyeing this wreath for months and finally decided to purchase it. And was completely disappointed. It was broken in various places some of the florets were broken and missing. One of the butterfly embellishments was broken in half. I believe this item was broken and then shipped this way. Not to mention the poor job they did in shipping. The paper wrapping was just thrown in and was not wrapped around the wreath to keep it safe.
