Did not receive.

Never received this item, though my account was marked as it having been delivered. I tried to contact a customer service rep. but the voicemail system focused only on an item I ordered after this one.

Very nice quality. I love the mix of silver and gold. Looks beautiful on the tree. Not at all like cheap store bought.
