I should give it more stars because it does exactly what I want it to do! I’ve used these for many years wrapped around a name post out at the end of our driveway during Christmas season. It’s just a very cheap thing, but it withstands years of rain, snow and the wind from traffic speeding by. This year my old one finally ripped apart, so I was happy to see I could purchase another one. Because it gives me joy, it should be 5 stars ⭐️
