Poor quality Northlight decoration

Flimsy, overpriced unless on sale. Poorly packaged, crushed and torn. One light out, wrong replacement lights included. Replacement snowflake again poorly packaged, but did work. Again, replacement lights provided are wrong. Was told by Macy's rep I didn't need to return the original but repeated emails requestinto return received, requiring repeated calls to Macy's.

Perfect window decoration!
