Poor quality Northlight decoration

Flimsy, overpriced unless on sale. Poorly packaged, crushed and torn. One light out, wrong replacement lights included. Replacement snowflake again poorly packaged, but did work. Again, replacement lights provided are wrong. Was told by Macy's rep I didn't need to return the original but repeated emails requestinto return received, requiring repeated calls to Macy's.

Poor Quality Control

Poor Quality Control. I ordered three snowflakes and all were missing lights. They were in brand-new boxes never opened.

Perfect window decoration!

I purchased two LED snowflake lights to put in my bedroom windows for the Christmas season. Great addition to my other winter decorations. They looked so good!
