product arrives in pieces

Product was shipped in a plastic mailer bag with no padding or bubble wrap. It was in a thin cardboard box which had been ripped open prior and was also in pieces. The decoration itself was cute but unfortunately broken into pieces. What a shame...very frustrating that vendor did such a poor job.
