These ornaments were perfect!

Nice small ornaments assorted colors , matte finish. These are just what I was looking for to fill spots in our Christmas tree. I love that they are glass and not plastic. I definitely would buy them again.

Missing half of my order

The balls are beautiful but their shipping dept. messed up big. The Macy’s website said the balls came 18 to a box and I ordered 5 boxes. When they arrived the 5 boxes only had 10 to a box which meant I was missing 40 balls ! I talked with Macys via the Chat function and I was assured the 40 missing balls would be Expedited to me. That was 2 weeks ago and I still have not received the 40 missing balls. I love the balls but I’m Very Disappointed with Macy’s customer service. It’s like the Grinch came and stole half of my Christmas tree !

Wrong count listed for this item

I ordered two boxes that were supposed to be 18 count each and received two boxes instead that only had 10 ornaments. From what I'm reading in the other reviews, this mistake has happened repeatedly.

Love the balls, didn't realize they were that small. Box was majorly dented but the balls were packed so well only one was broken. Didn't return for one broken ball.

Dissapointed

Tiny bulbs and there were only 10 not even a dozen. Photo makes you think they are full size bulbs. Could buy cheaper at CVS.

Deceptive

I had the same experience as another reviewer-I received two packages of these and each of them contained 10 ornaments, not 18. Beware they are advertising something they are not delivering. Otherwise, I love them. Very pretty colors. I would give the product itself five stars, but they really need to change the text-it’s not legal to do this.
