Flimsy product with damaged packaging

I cannot believe the condition in which I received this item. The box was torn and crushed. The item itself was flimsy and falling apart. I can’t believe Macy’s would ship an item in such condition.

I like that it is visible from both sides. It is a little hard to tell it is a reindeer from outside but is pretty anyway.
