Looks like photo but shipping is terrible

The reindeer came delivered by UPS. Box was almost open, banged in on the sides resulting in one antler being broken. 3 stars because of this. Reindeer itself not damaged. Larger than expected even though it stated 24". Nice color and design. It gets 4 stars.
