Other occasion to buy:Only a few of the lights actually twinkle. We even did a return to see if ours was faulty. The replacement was the same. For the price, I expected better.

Only a few twinkle

We purchased and then returned as only 6 lights twinkled. The replacement was the same, so I think that is how it is made. For the price, I would have hoped for all the lights to twinkle.
