Snow globe
I ordered on 12/3(in stock)On 12/11 it supposedly was delivered. It was not. I called and was told they were out of stock and I had to get a refund. I wanted that snow globe as a gift! Extremely disappointed in the handling of this.

I did not receive the musical Christmas tree and train snow globe that I ordered and was very excited to receive . It was a cardinal snow globe instead...
Don’t Purchase- you will return it
Item arrived in beat up box. There was no snow inside and the train which was advertised as moving on track around the tree DID NOT. It is stationary. Total misrepresentation and I am shocked that Macy’s sells this. Sending back. A total waste of my time, effort and money in this purchase.
Disappointing! Not As Described
Bought this and thought it was broken when it arrived as the train did not revolve and the music played very slow and quietly. Returned it and ordered another one only to find the same outcome. Returned the second one for a full refund.
Disappointing purchase
This musical water globe came (a week later than predicted) in a box that looked like it had been opened and the globe taken out previously. Even the formed styrofoam was obviously taken apart and put back together! The music played slowly when the key was turned, however, the train platform did NOT revolve at all. I believe this item had been returned previously and was then sent to me. Very disappointing and frustrating as it was intended to be given as a gift!
No snow
This “snow” globe was advertised as having a moving train. It does not. And it had NO SNOW. I returned it.
