Missing Gold String Hangers

I received the ornaments without the “Pack of matching gold tone string hangers are included” which was frustrating. I ordered this set because the string hangers were supposed to be included. I immediately sent an email to customer service which was returned - I’m not sure why that option is even offered. The chat service doesn’t have an option for an incomplete package and when I finally got to a live chat agent the program shut down on me. I finally reached a live customer service agent and they wanted me to return the item. I am putting the ornaments up this weekend (tomorrow) so that didn’t work for me. I’ll have to go buy strings or ribbon to hang the ornaments which is inconvenient. This experience has been very frustrating.
