BROWN color issue

They are gorgeous BUT they have brown tail feathers and bears, not crimson red. At some point, the manufacturer made a change and the item online wasn't updated. They sent a replacement order and I got the same red & brown birds - which will not work on my red & pink Valentine's tree. Customer Service was great, and the birds are beautiful so 4 stars, minus one for needing to fix the photo and description - just wanted to provide info to anyone considering ordering.

Broken

I received this ornament a few hours ago and the face/beck was broken due to very poor packaging. This bird was in a small plastic bag that was damaged in shipping - small piece of bubble wrap that didn't completely wrap the bird. Need to get refund.
