One problem with this Santa

Adorable. I love the looks of this Santa Claus; he has a friendly face with kind eyes. He only had one problem; he doesn't stand upright. When you set on a flat surface he falls over on his face. I don't know if all of the Santa's made like this have the same problem, but I just didn't want to make multiple trips to Macy's to return him. It's unfortunate because I really like the looks of this Santa.
