Items ALL received totally shattered in shipping.

TERRIBLE.... I tried to return both boxes to Macy's but they would only accept one box of four ornaments back. I shop in Macy's a minimum or three times a week but this experience could keep me out of Macy;s for good. I also received other items before Christmas that were ruined and got no satisfaction from Macy's.

Disappointing

These arrived broken and I mean shattered. They were not packed properly, the box not marked fragile. Returned immediately!

Buyer Beware!

Not as advertised. There is no “snow” inside the ornament as it is advertised. I thought maybe I got a dud, but I ordered 3 for my siblings and not one has snow in it! It was intended to be a memorial ornament for our parents and now I need to scramble and find something else. Highly disappointed

Love the item, not the packaging

I absolutely love this ornament! My only complaint would be how it was packaged. I was very surprised to see it arrive in a UPS Express bubble bag instead of a box. It still arrived in perfect condition, but I was lucky because we know what happens during shipping.
