Decorate it.

I bought this to decorate myself. The felt is very thin, but it was inexpensive and precut. The fabric store was out of red felt so rhis was a good alternative. Photo is the beginning of the project

Buyer beware

Love the scallops but they this product is very cheaply made and the description is wrong. There is no hook and loop fastener closure. This product is not Macy's quality and definitely not worth even the sale price I paid.
