Disappointed

I had two of these returned as both were marked and stained …..I wrote and phoned numerous times ….and requested a refund on both …have only received refund on one but returned both …..I’m back in Florida and would love to order again from Macys but felt I got taken and after at least 5 phone calls and each person telling me they would take care of it…nothing was done…..seems rather a shabby way to treat customers …This should be on my record , and would love it corrected .
