Item is great, Macy’s not so much.

Ordered for a Christmas gift, was told item was back ordered (yet available on website). Called to cancel order, refund never received. Two weeks later, item was delivered after I had already purchased a gift elsewhere.

Love, love these nutcrackers! We have quite the collection, and they are our favorite items to bring out at Christmas time! They are very high quality. Just beautiful! I got all of mine on sale, and the price cannot be beat. I look forward to Christmas time just to bring them out!
