No Ice In My Cream!

I followed all of the instructions from the manual. I froze the container the day before and left it in the freezer until I was ready to make the ice cream. I made sure all ingredients were well chilled per manual instructions. I used to the recipe from the manual. Assembled the ice cream maker and poured the ingredients in the maker ice cream and turned it on. I let the maker run for thirty minutes. The mixture never became ice cream. The consistency never changed from a liquid. It did not thicken at all. Returning for a refund.
