Damaged product

The rug is not as light as I thought it would be. And it was damaged with stains. There is a patch on one side that cannot go unnoticed. I will be returning immediately.

Disappointed

Unfortunately this came damaged. Beautiful rug, but why are they rolling it carpet side out? It should be rolled back side out. It had black spots all over it from the printing on the packaging.

Received damaged

Beautiful rug...If it didn't have black marks all over it. The rug is rolled with the "top" part of the rug being exposed. The packaging has "Nourison" printed on it in big black letters. Hmmm...could that be why the rug has black marks all over it? The rug should be rolled so the backing of the rug is exposed. I'm not sure why that would need to be pointed out to a rug company. I would have reordered, but considering the way the rug is rolled and packaged, the likelihood of receiving another damaged rug is extremely high.

LOVE this rug!! It fits perfectly in our long bathroom. It's gorgeous, soft, and looks very chic!! Would highly recommend :)
