Good product design but missing quality control

The body of the rug is lovely but the fringe should not have passed quality control. There’s a chunk out of it. It’s just…missing! This is the second one I’ve tried. The first one they sent had horribly noticeable uneven fringe on one end. The missing chunk is just as noticeable. It’s too bad because I really love the rug. It feels so soft, and is thicker than other rugs I’ve ordered online.

Beautiful but poor quality control

This rug itself is very pretty. It is thick enough that it doesn’t look ridiculous in a dining room. However, the fringe on one end is terrible. It’s uneven, going from about half an inch sloping down to no fringe at all. It seems like this could have easily been caught by someone doing quality control. I’m so disappointed.
