The energy boost I was hoping for!

My doctor suggested taking B12 supplements and these have been great! My doctor specifically suggested this brand, and I use the liquid one at home. These individual on-the-go packets are so convenient for travel, trips, or to keep in my bag for busy mornings when I forget to take my B12 at home. I have been taking these for about 2 months and I can definitely tell the difference in my energy and focus. When I don't take them for a few days, I feel forgetful and groggy. Feeling more energized every day

I’ve been using the Vitamin B-12 10,000 mcg shots for a while, and I really noticed a difference in my energy levels. I feel less tired during the day and more focused.
