Good but need consistent use
I’m honestly unsure if these are necessary for me. I know that beef gelatin can help with collagen production which is so vital in our bodies as we get older to feel like our younger selves. However, I am unsure if this has been doing it or if I’m tricking myself into believing it helps. My joints do feel better?
