Easy to take

Taking Now Berberine HCI 500mg has given me peace of mind knowing I am helping support my cardiovascular health. It also helps supports glucose metabolism which is helpful!! I take one twice a day with a meal. Typically with breakfast and dinner.

Normally I can take pills good but something about these are quite literally hard to swallow. They are working slightly based on their claims but I don’t think it was life changing for me.

Good addition to my wellness
