Too large to swallow safely

I bought these over a year ago and have finally decided to throw them out because we cannot swallow them. I have been a customer of NOW for approximately 5 years and have been very satisfied with their products until this one item. Yes they are supposedly "softgels" but they are so large that I have almost choked on them on more than one occasion. It may sound stupid to say that I took them after the first attempt, but given the quality of your products I just kept trying, and thought it was basically my fault for not knowing how to "take them" correctly. By the way, my husband who is 5'8" and 170 lbs has the same challenge trying to swallow them so I am just giving up and throwing them away!

Good calcium and magnesium supplement

I noticed that I was probably not getting enough calcium in my diet, so I started taking these. The softgels are large, but they are easy to swallow. I like that they have the correct balance of calcium and magnesium. I like that they are manufactured and QAed in the US.

Works for Me!!!

I have tried other brands and different types of magnesium and the NOW brand with calcium simply works for me. I take one at night and it helps me sleep. It can be hard to find and I don’t trust all retailers so I purchased directly from NOW website. The price was great and delivering was fast.

Still clogged

Constipating!

I bought this product at a local pharmacy based on my healthcare provider’s recommendation. It probably has all that it claims but I have become TERRIBLY CONSTIPATED. Beyond repair by eating fiber, drinking prune juice and exercising. I was so clogged that I’d have acid-reflux and become nauseous after eating because the good had nowhere to go.

Cal/mag caps

These capsules are large but quite easy to swallow. They are the exact amount as they should be for each mineral, which is important.
