Good Source of Calcium and Magnesium

I use so many Now Foods supplements from essential oils to vitamins and minerals that I have been using for years, it is really hard to pick just one to write a review about, so I picked this one. I like it becuase it dissolves nicely in liqids like plant milk or even tea. It give me a fair does of calcim and magnesium that I require as I am a vegan and do not get all the calcium I need from the plants foods I eat alone. So, I recommend this product. About 1 teaspoon a day is all I need to help me stay healthy at a price that does not break the bank in these inflationary times.

Great product for those with filler allergies!

Love this product! I'm allergic to a filler in many supplements so this works really well for me. Many thanks for making it available! My only suggestion for improvement is to package it in a short, wide-mouthed recyclable plastic jar rather than the tall bottle because it's hard to get a measuring spoon down to the bottom of the bottle.

taste is terrible

Purchased this 4 days ago, thought it was just what I had been looking for, calcium & Magnesium Citrate which is hard to find, but when I mixed it Terrible tried just drinking it straight down ugg. tried mixing w/fruit punch ok but I don't need those extra calories, am now trying Half & half fruit punch & water and sipping on it through the day. doesn't dissolve well. Will try to consume this bottle so not to waste my money but will now purchase again!

Easier to swallow than pills, good price

I buy this regularly. Easy to assimilate and has the right ratio of calcium to magnesium. Mixes easily with water, juice, or milk. I also add it to kefir, yogurt and cottage cheese. So much easier than pills.
