Variability in product texture is off putting

There seems to be variability in manufacturing which makes me distrust the product. In some bottles, the tablets are crunchy, other bottles they are sticky/chewy. These are brand new, just opened and not expired. I’ve stopped using them for they reason

No gallbladder? You NEED this!

I've been taking these enzymes before meals for the last year. My inflammation decreased, my gluten intolerance has almost disappeared, my overall gut health is significantly improved! These are mild tasting, pleasant and most importantly, they WORK! If you and your gallbladder have parted ways, YOU NEED THIS SUPPLEMENT MORE THAN ANYTHING ELSE IN YOUR CABINET.
