Only 10g protein

It's a good product but they're only giving 10g of protein so you have to take twice as much

Thank you for your comments. There are 10 grams of protein in an 11-gram serving of our undiluted Collagen Peptides product, our daily serving suggestion. The scientific literature indicates that amounts between 2.5 and 15 grams daily are safe, with the lower amounts benefiting joints/skin and larger amounts helping with body composition (per UCLA Health). That said, collagen is not a complete protein, and we do advise taking other protein sources along with it.

Tasteless in coffee, noticeable difference in recovery from workouts (decreased muscle soreness, joint soreness, etc), also can see improvements in skin and hair
