Great, but

Could you let me know how much of the magnesium is oxide, and how much is citrate?

Hair color returns

The soil we grow our food in no longer has the minerals we need to be healthy. Try these out, I've been taking them for a while, and they work. Want to know how I could tell I was mineral deficient? I started taking them and my hair started getting darker (not so grey). Amazing stuff and a must have.
