I'm happy with it

I recently took the Viome Full Body Intelligence Test to better understand why I hadn’t been feeling well for a long time. The results were eye-opening and included recommendations for specific supplements and a gut formula. Due to the cost, I decided to put together most of the supplements on my own based on their guidance, with the help of ChatGPT to identify clean, high-quality options that aligned with Viome’s recommendations. Since the gut formula wasn’t available elsewhere, I purchased that directly from them. One of the supplements I added was NOW Glycine Pure Powder. After taking it along with the other supplements, I’ve noticed significant improvements in my mood, energy levels, mental clarity, and overall sense of well-being within just a week. I feel more centered and calm. I did experience some mild constipation at first, but it resolved quickly as my body adjusted. Not Thorne like

I bought now glycine capsules and was extremely disappointed. It constipated me and when it did pass ,it felt like glass crystals leaving my gi tract. I also bought magnesium glycinate,not sure I want to try it.

Easy ti Use, Pleasant to Taste

I wanted to add glycine to my regular supplement schedule. I found the NOW granular form of glycine easy to use since I could add it to water.
