Terrible taste

Like one other review here stated and others have stated on other sites. The stuff tastes terrible! You have to mix flavoring into it to try to hide the taste. They really should try to put some flavoring into it. Vanilla or chocolate or something to make it a bit better.

Great for afternoon protein shake!

Started using a few weeks ago and it's been great. No stomach discomfort that occurs for some, the slow release seems to reduce afternoon/evening/overnight appetite while feeding a steady supply of protein to my muscles for recovery.

Practical, but disgusting

Does its job for sure, and I'm not here for "flavor," but good lord is this stuff terrible. It dissolves in water/milk like rancid chalk and ruins the taste of everything it touches. But it did help me see better results with weightlifting. So I mean yeah, it gets the pass.

It greatly compliments my regular whey protein.

It greatly compliments my regular whey protein which is a little too fast absorbing. By mixing it with casein I insure a rapid uptake and the slower release of this casein to prolong a positive nitrogen balance in my system.
