Great source of iron!

I really like the complex that it’s also adding in vitamin c and b-12. I normally take does supplement anyways and now it’s all in one! Also each capsule has 27mg of iron which is a perfect gentle amount for my body personally and not overwhelming with putting in too much supplements! Best Iron supplements!

I was given this product in exchange for my honest review. I have always struggled with my iron. At one point,my doctor prescribed me to take 325 mg of iron 3 times a day. Of course, I was unable to keep up with that regiment. So I needed to find another alternative. When I received this product, I was hopeful that this would be the iron supplement that I could stick with and I’m proud to report that I am impressed! No harsh side effects at all. Instead I’ve noticed an increase in energy and overall wellness. Definitely give these a try!
