Lightweight Cream That Doesn't Feel Greasy
This is a nice, big tube with a good amount of product for the size. I like that it’s paraben-free and has capsaicin and boswellia, two ingredients I’ve heard good things about for topical care. The cream isn’t greasy when applied, and it absorbs quickly, which is a big plus. I'm also a sucker for the minty/menthol smell.

The cream for recovery!
This cream has completely changed the way that I take care of my joints & muscles post-workout. My recovery is quicker & I feel like my muscles recover better so that I am building on top of my last workout, not having to work through the pain from it.

This Joint & Muscle Cream has officially earned a spot in my post-activity routine!! I am OBSESSED! After farm chores or harder workouts, I’ve been applying it to my knees and shoulders, and it feels so soothing! The scent is mild but fresh, and I really like that it contains capsaicin and boswellia, plus skin-conditioning ingredients like safflower oil and vitamin E. Love this cream!
