It Works and TASTE GREAT!

I like L-carnitine triple strength. It taste great. It gives my body the boost I need for my workout. I noticed that I have better muscle recovery after working out. I'm able to workout the next day without having any muscle aches or pain. Stretching also helped me with my muscle recovery too!
