Great Option

i’ve tried many different multivitamins. I like this one. It’s a gel cap so you don’t have to worry about having that bad taste in your mouth that comes with some multivitamins that are kind of gritty and powdery.

Great high potency vitamins!

Been using these for a long time. I had a gastric bypass about 15 years ago and these work great for what I need!

Very large gel caps. Hard to swallow

Large size gel cap Very Hard to swallow. Cause gagging. You need a small gel cap size.
