Continued to buy this product!

I’ve used this same magnesium for about a year now. I like how the 400mg is split between capsules. I can tell the difference in my sleep quality and general well being. The capsules are a little big, but definitely manageable.

This product is predominantly magnesium oxide and thus contains close to 60% elemental magnesium, which is about four times the concentration of magnesium in the chelate forms. Please note that this product should always be taken with meals to assure proper absorption. We’re sorry to hear you weren’t happy with the size of the capsule. Benefits of Now Magnesium.

People should know much more than they do about magnesium. It is one of the body’s essential minerals! I always ask to have it taken when I have blood work and it is always normal. Now magnesium is the one I have always taken. Added attraction is it keeps you regular.
