This product is predominantly magnesium oxide and thus contains close to 60% elemental magnesium, which is about four times the concentration of magnesium in the chelate forms. Please note that this product should always be taken with meals to assure proper absorption. We’re sorry to hear you weren’t happy with the size of the capsule. Poor ingredient identification

Ingredients dont state how much comes from Magnesium oxide, which would be basically useless because its not abosrbed well at all. And the sorts on reviews dont works they only show two reviews which makes them highly suspect as being genuine.

Thank you for your feedback. Hopefully this additional information can help. This product predominantly contains Magnesium Oxide, a form with many benefits. It contains nearly 60% elemental magnesium (vs typically 10 to 15% for pre-acidified chelated forms), so it is roughly 4 times as concentrated, lowering the physical volume of how much needs to be taken to supply the magnesium. It is highly soluble in acid, with some studies showing double the bioavailability of chelated magnesium in people who have good stomach acid and take it with a meal. It is buffered (nonacidic), which has some benefits for people with sensitive digestive systems. Finally, it is a concentrated form that is very bioavailable and useful for many people, based on the advantages mentioned above. Benefits of Now Magnesium.

People should know much more than they do about magnesium. It is one of the body’s essential minerals! I always ask to have it taken when I have blood work and it is always normal. Now magnesium is the one I have always taken. Added attraction is it keeps you regular.
